1. The Defendants are indicated in the attached Form No. 3, 4, 5, 19, 20, 21, and 3 in order to the Plaintiff, among the 663.5 square meters in Ulsan-gu E, Ulsan-gu.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On October 10, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendants to lease the lease deposit of KRW 15 million, monthly rent of KRW 2.7 million, and from October 10, 2014 to October 9, 2016 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”), and the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to extend the lease term of the said lease agreement from October 10, 2016 to October 9, 2018.
나. 피고들은 2014. 10. 10. 이 사건 토지를 인도받아, 그 무렵 이 사건 토지 중 별지 도면 표시 3, 4, 5, 19, 20, 21, 3을 차례로 연결한 선내 (가) 부분 162㎡ 철재 파이프 구조 창고, 같은 도면 표시 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 5를 차례로 연결한 선내 (나) 부분 142㎡ 철재 파이프 구조 자재선반, 같은 도면 표시 1, 2, 3, 21, 22, 1을 차례로 연결한 선내 (다) 부분 40㎡ 철재 파이프 구조 자재선반, 같은 도면 표시 21, 22, 23, 20, 21을 차례로 연결한 선내 (라) 부분 10㎡ 처마, 같은 도면 표시 18, 19, 20, 23, 18을 차례로 연결한 선내 (마) 부분 22㎡ 철재 파이프 구조 자재선반, 같은 도면 표시 ㉠, ㉡, ㉢을 차례로 연결한 선 (바) 부분 20m 판넬 휀스, 같은 도면 표시 ㉣, ㉤, ㉥, ㉦, ㉧, ㉨을 차례로 연결한 선 (사) 부분 27m 철재 판넬 휀스를 각 설치하여 사용하였다.
C. However, from October 10, 2014 to October 9, 2016, the Defendants did not pay rent for 14 months from the time of the extension of the lease term of the instant lease, and did not pay rent even after the extension of the lease term of the instant lease. On July 2, 2018, the Plaintiff notified the Defendants of the intent to terminate the instant lease on the grounds of the unpaid rent for at least three years, and the said notification was given to the Defendants around that time.
