1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff, including the part resulting from the supplementary participation.
Reasons
1. Details and details of the decision;
A. The Intervenor joining the Defendant (hereinafter “ Intervenor”) was newly appointed in D University Tourism English and assistant professors operated by the Plaintiff on March 1, 2001, and was promoted as associate professors on March 1, 2007 and as associate professors on April 1, 201.
B. On December 28, 2017, the Plaintiff’s board of directors made a request for a disciplinary decision against the Intervenor.
Accordingly, on March 9, 2018, the Disciplinary Committee of D University decided to dismiss the Intervenor due to the grounds for disciplinary action as follows, and on March 13, 2018, the Plaintiff dismissed the Intervenor.
