1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the petition review and decision;

A. The Plaintiff and the Intervenor are educational foundations that establish and operate D University. 2) On March 1, 2011, the Intervenor was newly appointed as a full-time lecturer of D University’s clothes department, and on March 1, 2017, the name of the Plaintiff was changed from the garment Industry Department to the “Class A” in the “Class B” in the “Class B” in 2017, and is currently in office until now.

B. On April 26, 2018, the president of the Duniversity recommended disciplinary action against the Intervenor on April 27, 2018 following deliberation by the Teachers Personnel Committee.

On May 3, 2018, following the resolution of the board of directors on April 29, 2018, the Plaintiff requested the Teachers’ Disciplinary Committee to adopt a heavy disciplinary measure against the Intervenor. On June 16, 2018, the Teachers’ Disciplinary Committee decided on the disciplinary measure against the Intervenor as three months of suspension from office due to the following disciplinary measure (hereinafter “instant disciplinary measure”). Accordingly, on June 29, 2018, the Plaintiff: (a) on June 29, 2018, during the period during which the Intervenor was employed as a full-time faculty member of the Department of the Clothing at D University; (b) during the period during which he/she was employed as a full-time faculty member of the Department of the D University; and (c) the Plaintiff
