Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 2009, the Defendant received a proposal from one person B, who became aware of through Internet hosting, that “in return for a disguised marriage, the Defendant would give KRW 3 million in return for a disguised marriage.”

Around that time, the Defendant introduced four-party male C (C, the suspension of indictment on the same day, and the suspension of indictment) who wished to marry with Korean women, and prepared and submitted a false marriage report at the Seongdong-gu civil service center located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seongdong-gu on May 25, 2009, as if he was married with C, even though he did not have any intention to marry with C, and had a public official in charge of the fact enter and register a false marriage into the electronic records-based family relation registration system.

The Defendant conspiredd with C to make a false report to a public official, thereby allowing C to record false facts in the public electronic records register system, and around that time, exercised the same by seeking the above family relation registration system that recorded false facts.
