Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 8, 2014, the Defendant opened a house to seek labor work, and was on board and live in the house of the first floor and the stairs of the third floor in the Ysan-si.
1. Around 06:00 on June 9, 2014, the Defendant, who attempted sexual intercourse, told a female to take the front of the gate of the building in question and colors the subject of sexual intercourse, and told, alone, that the Defendant, while walking alone, found the victim D (nick, 25 years old), obstructed the front of the victim, and “dial-a-a-mpicing”.

Accordingly, the defendant attempted to rape another person by impairing another person's residence.
