A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On July 15, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for fraud at the Jeju District Court on July 23, 2016 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 23, 2016.

The Defendant received KRW 500,000 from the victim’s bank account (F) in the name of E on the same day, and received KRW 4,617,00 in total over 13 times from around that day to February 6, 2016, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 13.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.

On December 3, 2015, the fraud Defendant posted a false statement on the HPC page located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, on the Internet goods transaction site, “The sale of computer main body” on the Internet goods transaction website, and reported it to the victim I who reported it. First, the Defendant sent money to the victim I.

However, the defendant only used the money that he received from the victim due to the shortage of deposit, living expenses, etc. at the time, and did not have any intention or ability to send the goods from the beginning.

At around 18:18 of the same day, the Defendant transferred KRW 307,00 from the victim to the Defendant’s Nonghyup Bank account (J), and acquired KRW 200,000 from the Defendant’s other Nonghyup Bank account (K) around 08:50 of the following day.

2. The Defendant uses the “M” in the Internet LV games, and is BJ (Brodling Jy) which broadcast the said games from the Internet African TV.
