Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

In February 2013, 2013, the Defendant posted a notice on the Defendant’s house located in Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan, on the purport that the Defendant would display a computer monitor by using a computer, even though he did not have an intent or ability to send the amount from a person who wants to purchase the amount, even though he did not have an intention or ability to send it.

The Defendant, “2014 High 905”, the Internet goods transaction site, etc., posted a notice to sell the goods without any intent or ability to sell monitors, etc., and then received the money from the victims who reported and contacted this article.

On July 3, 2013, at the Defendant’s residence located in Busan Shipping Daegu, the Defendant posted a notice to the effect that a computer monitor is sold after accessing NAVLD by using a computer. On the same day, the Defendant received 85,000 won from the victim’s immediate transfer from the victim to the account of community credit cooperatives (E) in the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant, as seen above, received a remittance of KRW 85,00 as the price for goods by deceiving the victim, from that time until September 18, 2013, is attached Table 2.
