Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Status 1 of the parties is the defendant of D University (hereinafter referred to as "D University").

(2) On February 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) determined the employment period from March 1, 2013 to February 28, 2015; and (b) appointed the Plaintiff A as D major tourism and assistant professor; and (c) Plaintiff B as D major food nutrition department and assistant professor, respectively.

B. On September 12, 2014, the Defendant notified Plaintiff B of the fact that the term of employment expires on February 28, 2015 and the procedure for filing an application for deliberation to be re-appointed with the Plaintiff on September 13, 2014. The Plaintiffs filed an application for deliberation to be re-appointed with the Defendant around that time. 2) On November 24, 2014, the Personnel Committee for the Faculty Members decided that the Plaintiffs will not be re-appointed with the result of deliberation to be re-appointed with the Plaintiffs on November 24, 2014. At that time, the Defendant notified the Plaintiffs of this fact.

3) The Plaintiffs were dissatisfied with and filed an application for review.
