1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 21,571,255 as well as KRW 20,429,350 among them, from November 5, 2015 to the day of full payment.

The Defendant: (a) was in arrears using a credit card that was issued by entering into an agreement with Hyundai Card Co., Ltd. for credit card use on August 12, 2013 for the credit purchase of goods; (b) was in arrears with the credit card price for at least 90 days; (c) was 24.5% in arrears; and (d) on October 31, 2015, the Plaintiff acquired all the claims against the Defendant of the said company from Hyundai Card Co., Ltd. and notified the Defendant of the fact on November 2, 2015; and (d) as of November 4, 2015, the Plaintiff acquired all the claims against the Defendant of the said company from Hyundai Card Co., Ltd. and notified the Defendant of the fact that the Plaintiff held claims against the Defendant, as of November 4, 2015, including the unpaid interest, KRW 20,429,734 won in total, KRW 42,171 won in total, 21,571,255 won in total.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the agreed damages for delay calculated at the rate of 24.5% per annum from November 5, 2015 to the date of full payment with respect to KRW 20,429,350 of the principal of credit card payment and KRW 20,429,350 of the principal of credit card payment.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
