Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:00 on April 11, 2013, the Defendant, while driving a Bran vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.157% and driving a bran vehicle along two-lanes from the old U.S.A. to the identity oil station, the Defendant neglected to perform the duty of front-time watch in a drinking state, and neglected to perform the duty of front-time watch in a drinking state, and received the back portion of the victim C (50 years old) driving of D urban bus driving in the right side from the left side of the running direction due to the occupational negligence proceeding to the intersection in accordance with the new code, and received the front part of the said franchise vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant driving the said car in a state where it is difficult to drive the car normally due to the influence of drinking, resulting in injury to the 11 person as shown in the attached list of crimes, including that the Defendant suffered injury, such as salt, tension, etc. of the chills in need of treatment for about three weeks.
