A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are those who are engaged in driving DNA cars.
On April 8, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol on April 17:5, 2014, driven the said car, and driven the three-lane road along the fugitive distance in the Seogu Daegu Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City, along one-lane from the direction of the north U.S. V. to the north U.S.N. distance.

Around 18:40 on April 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) asked the phone number of the victim I of the police station in the Daegu Seo-gu Police Station located in Seo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Daegu District; (b) asked the victim of the warning by asking the telephone number of the victim I of the police station H department affiliated with the above police station H department; (c) provided, “I would like to do so at this gate, I would like to do so; however, I would like to bit a bitch bitch bitch,” thereby openly insulting the victim.
