A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 1, 2017, the Defendant driven a 2km CNEW EF rocketing car from the Defendant’s house located in Yangju-si without obtaining a driver’s license on August 1, 2017, at the Defendant’s house located in Yangju-si to peace 1552-4.
