A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 3, 2012, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking) from the Seoggu District Court Branch on July 3, 2012. On June 24, 2015, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking) from the Ulsan District Court on June 24, 2015.

[Criminal facts]

1. Violation of traffic laws on roads, and violation of traffic laws on roads;

A. On July 17, 2015, at around 05:00, the Defendant driven a CNEW EF rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 500 meters section from the front of the road in the middle-dong of the Southern-dong of Daegu to the front road in the Southern-dong of the Daegu-dong.

As a result, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice, and drives a car without obtaining a driver's license in the influence of alcohol.

B. On August 2, 2015, at around 07:00, the Defendant driven a CNEW EF rocketing car with approximately 0.127% alcohol level in the 5km section from the front of the “TYYYYYY 604-4, Nam-gu, Daegu-dong,” to the front day of the “TNEWY 604-4,” without obtaining a driver’s license.

As a result, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice, and drives a car without obtaining a driver's license in the influence of alcohol.

2. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.

A. On July 25, 2015, around 11:25, the Defendant driven a CNEW EF rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 300 meters section to the front road of the said “astronomical Communications” road located in the 604-4, Nam-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul, via the front road of the 604-4, the “TTT.”
