A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person engaging in driving a CNEW EF rocketing car.
On October 15, 2017, the Defendant operated the NEW EF rocketing car without a driver’s license, and proceeded with the line national highways of 20 lanes of 430 Do Do 430 Do Cheong-do Cheong-do Cheong-do Cheong-do Cheong-do Cheong-do Cheong-do Cheongg-do.
