When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 8, 2015, at around 0.119% of blood alcohol concentration, the Defendant driven a 4 km passenger car in front of the bus stops in Geumcheon-gu, Sincheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Sinsan-si, through a doctoral degree in the city of Sinsan-si in front of the restaurant of the "Yeuri-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Sinsan-si", with approximately 14-5 meters away from the street above the bus stops in Geumcheon-gu, Sinsan-gu, Sinsan-si.
