Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 20, 2018, at around 02:35, the Defendant driven a B-crin vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.119% at the section of about 16 km, from the front of the mix near the Daegu East-gu Busan-gu, to the entrance of the Geum-gu, Sincheon-gu, Sincheon-si exclusive exclusive road.
