Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a certified judicial scrivener who operates the “A certified judicial scrivener office” in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seocho-gu, 105, and C is a lessee who rents the F apartment 304, 201, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City, Seoyang-si, and the client who has discussed the Defendant with respect to seeking the return of the lease deposit to D and E.

Defendant: (a) seized D’s benefits from the above C to the other creditors of D; and (b) heard that the distribution procedure was in progress to the Seoul Central District Court G case; and (c) attempted to copy the records of the instant case by forging and submitting a document, such as the power of attorney in the name of D.

around August 31, 2015, the Defendant: (a) without authority to use a computer at the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office for Certified Judicial Scriveners; (b) without authority to use the title “A”; (c) delegated the following matters to a certified judicial scrivener A or his/her agent; and (d) printed out a letter of delegation under the name of the Seoul Central District Court on August 31, 2015, stating “any act of receiving the said documents, etc. by submitting an application for perusal of distribution lists, private report, etc.; and (c) printed out a copy of the document under the name of the Seoul Central District Court on the same method; and (d) made it possible to make the public official to copy and copy the document under the name of the Seoul Central District Court on the column of the subject of the “written application for perusal, reproduction, printing, and reproduction of the trial records”; and (d) made the copy and copy of the copy of the document under the name of the Seoul Central District Court on the signature and seal of the said Court on the column of the rights and obligations.
