Defendant
A A shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 5 million won.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At around 00:30 on November 8, 2014, the Defendants of the obstruction of performance of official duties in front of “C” located in Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, and recommended the Defendants to voluntarily act on the land by the guard F of the Cheongju Police Station E Zone, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report that the Defendants are using their body fightings, while leaving the said fightings, Defendant B was on the patrol vehicle. 2.
