A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 16:55 on June 14, 2014, the Defendant driven BSV250 (on the engine displacement 247C) Oralba, without obtaining a driver’s license, from the front side of the additional Ckcca in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu to the front side of the 622km in Guro-gu, Seoul.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of SV250 Bab in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc.) and the Road Traffic Act (Aggravated Punishment, etc.)

At around 16:55 on June 14, 2014, the Defendant driven the off-to-face 16:55, and driven the 622-lane, Guro-gu, Seoul, along the direction of the 3-lane, of the 622-lanes from the Gu road to the new forest road.

In the same direction as at the time, the victim C (n, 30 years of age) was followed by the dalbane driven by the victim C, and thus, the person engaged in driving service had a duty of care to secure and proceed with the safety distance that can be avoided when the above dalba stops.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and did not keep the safety distance, and did not see the suspension of the victim's urbane driving by negligence of driving urbane without keeping the urbane well, and received the part of the victim's urbane behind the above urbane.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by negligence in the above occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks, and, at the same time, escaped without any necessary measures, such as stopping and providing relief to the victim, even though the victim’s repair cost, such as pentar exchange, is damaged to the victim’s gate so that the repair cost, such as pentar exchange, can be 1,716,85
