The punishment of the accused shall be determined by eight months of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving free of registration CT100.

On March 31, 2020, at around 07:20, the Defendant driven the above Oral Ba, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, while under the influence of alcohol 0.118% of alcohol level, and continued by driving the said Oral Bana, which was in the influence of alcohol level B from B to C at a non-speed speed.
