1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) paid KRW 7,782,300 to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) and the Plaintiff’s counterclaim from April 12, 201 to October 22, 2013.

A principal lawsuit and counterclaim shall also be deemed a principal lawsuit and counterclaim.

1. Basic facts

A.
