1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. During the period of Ansan-si, the Defendant is the owner of the two-story factory building D, 540.11 square meters and 164.63 square meters of the two-story factory building D, 540.11 square meters and 164.63 square meters of the two-story factory building (hereinafter “instant building”).
B. (1) The circumstances pertaining to the cause of the fire in this case were as follows.
