A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 23, 2015, from around 20:30 to 21:40 the same day, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim’s musical business by force by avoiding disturbance over 50 minutes, such as “Esing out the victim D’s 1st underground floor in Suwon-si, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant 201, when the Defendant putting a large amount of interest.”

2. 모욕 피고인은 제1항 일시, 장소에 있는 앞 노상에서 112신고를 받고 출동한 F지구대 소속 경찰관 경장 G에게 "씨발새끼야, 좌천되서 파출소로 쫓겨난 새끼가, 니기미 씨발 옷벗겨 버린다. 이런 씹할 좆같은 새끼야. 조카뻘도 안되는 새끼가 지랄하네"라면서 참고인 H 등 불특정 다수가 지켜보는 가운데 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

3. At around 22:00 on April 23, 2015, the Defendant was arrested in a flagrant offender under the suspicion of paragraphs 1 and 2 on the F District located in Suwon-si I, Suwon-si.
