A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2015 Highest 201] The Defendant dealt with the following psychotropic drugs-handlingrs (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”).

1. From February 23, 2014 to around the 24th day of the same month, the Defendant opened approximately 0.1 to 0.2 gram of philophonephones in D hotel in Gyeonggi City, which he had E, on the part of the gambling site for home use, and made the Defendant enter plastic skins by promptly filling it, and then administered the said philophones with E by using other as soon as possible the dilution smokes by passing through the aquatic water.

2. At around 20:00 on June 2014, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1-0.2g of philophonephones, which he had in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with E, in the same manner as the foregoing paragraph 1.

3. On August 201, 2014, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1-0.2 grams from F out of about 300,000 won of philopon, which was parked in the outdoor parking lot located in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Kimpo Airport located in Gangseo-gu, in the manner described in the above paragraph (1).

4. On August 10, 2014, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1 to 0.2g of philophones purchased from G hotel located in G hotel C when it is difficult for the Defendant to have a new wall, in the same manner as the above paragraph 1.

The defendant and H are not authorized to administer psychotropic drugs, since they are not authorized to handle narcotics.

1. On July 2014, the Defendant and H got off approximately 0.6g of psychotropic drugs (psychotropic drugs) from the dwellings of H located in the Republic of Korea I and B103 of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant and H got off to the raw water in which they live, and administered the pyopphone, which is connected to the water flow with F and H, with the water as soon as possible, after having the Defendant and H flow over approximately 0.6g of psychotropic drugs (psychotropic drugs) on the upper day of Aluminium.
