A shall be punished by a fine of 700,000 won, and a fine of 500,000 won, respectively.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. On October 17, 2012, from around 09:00 to around 14:00, the Defendants conspired to demand suspension of new construction and compensation to the victim F at the scene of E-type and new construction works located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, for the installation of a new soundproof wall, by entering the same site where the victim F (ju) is in progress for the removal of the block fence for the installation of a provisional soundproof wall, and Defendant B was in front of the said equipment to prevent the operation of the white ray, which is the removal equipment, and Defendant A interfered with the victim’s work by force, such as entering the said construction site and resisting.

B. From October 18, 2012 to 15:00 on October 18, 2012, the Defendants conspired and set up a dump truck at the entrance of Defendant A at the construction site and at the construction site, and Defendant B interfered with the victim’s work by force, such as preventing the operation of sumkes on the side of the scarke at the construction site.

2. Defendant B

A. At around 15:00 on November 9, 2012, the Defendant intruded into a temporary structure on the ground that the victim H located in Suwon-si G, Suwon-si, and the victim H, would demand suspension of construction of the said hospital and compensation therefor.
