1. Defendant A
A. From around 13:00 on December 2, 2018 to around 14:00, the Defendant intruded into a structure by entering the factory within the “F” factory operated by the victim E, which is located in W, through a place where the fence is not connected for the purpose of cutting off electric wires installed in the factory.
