1.The judgment of the first instance shall be modified as follows:
Defendant 1 21,705,437 Won and 116,499 among the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. (1) On December 30, 2004, the Defendant, among the above construction projects, promoted a construction project for molding steel (19.52 km between originals and water sources).
