1. The Defendant’s KRW 8,822,738,81 and KRW 1,00,000 among the Plaintiff and KRW 7,822,738,811 from January 25, 2017.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On February 17, 2006, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for construction works under a long-term contract with the Defendant and B (hereinafter “instant construction works”) with respect to the total construction amount of KRW 145,400,000,000,000, and the date of commencement of construction works, February 21, 2006, and the total construction period of KRW 1,800 (hereinafter “instant construction contract”).
B. The instant construction contract was amended by the following specifications, and the instant construction contract was concluded by the number of contracts by the method of a long-term continuing contract, and was modified by the method of continuing expenditure contract on December 31, 2008, and thereafter, the instant construction contract was concluded nine times thereafter.
