A. (1) Defendant Republic of Korea’s conclusion, amendment, etc. of the contract for work is the “instant construction” on May 6, 2009.

(2) As to the instant construction project, the Plaintiff and the Defendant and the Republic of Korea concluded a single-use contract with the total contract amount of KRW 16,972,348,680 (including value-added tax; hereinafter the same shall apply) and the total construction period of KRW 1,096 from May 7, 2009 to May 6, 2012, with the total construction period of KRW 3,666,00,000, and the construction period of KRW 253 from May 7, 2009 to January 15, 2010.
