A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who works as Kimcheon-si C from March 2013.

On August 2009, the Defendant received a proposal from D, “Broker,” a “Broker,” a director in charge of ordering construction works in the area of Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, which is in the vicinity of the Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, to the effect that “Geocheon-si, the Defendant would receive a contract for the construction works of the “Pungcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si,” which is scheduled to place an order in the Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si.

From that time, the Defendant solicited the public officials in charge of ordering the construction project in Kimcheon-si to receive the contract for the said construction project from the public officials in charge of ordering the construction project in the private contract, and Kimcheon-si ordered the said construction project to the public officials in charge of ordering the construction project in the private contract around December 14, 201.

In addition, on January 2012, the Defendant received KRW 40 million in cash from D in return for the Defendant’s office located near the Gyeongcheon-si, Kim Jong-si, and received KRW 5 million in cash from D in return for the help the Plaintiff to receive the said construction, and returned KRW 5 million out of the said cash.

As a result, the defendant received 35 million won under the pretext of solicitation or good offices for the affairs handled by the public officials.
