Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 30, 2013, at around 03:05, the Defendant driven a vehicle with approximately 8 meters of blood alcohol level 0.190% while under the influence of alcohol level 0.190% on the roads of the parking lot in treatment apartment located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-dong.
