Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A. On November 22, 2014, the Defendant was driving his/her own B ebbb, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.104 percent without obtaining a driver’s license for a vehicle from the eb, eb, from the ebalop day located in the eb, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si to the lower ebsium located in the eb, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si.

B. Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising the right, the Defendant forged the documents related to the confirmation of facts, such as the results of the crackdown on drinking driving under the above C, the report on the circumstances of drinking drivers, the written statement, etc.

C. The Defendant, at the same time and place as mentioned in the preceding paragraph, presented the following: (a) he/she obtained his/her pro-friendly C resident registration number from his/her assistant to his/her assistant police box, who is aware of the forgery; and (b) exercised the aforementioned investigation document by presenting the results of the crackdown on drunk driving, the report on the circumstantial statement of the State
