At around 01:00 on July 30, 2013, the Defendant driven a B-to-purd vehicle with approximately KRW 500 meters water from the Daecheon Bathing Beach parking lot located in Yacheon-si to the road in front of the opening of the Dong in the same Dong, while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.198%.
