Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 26, 2013, the Defendant posted a notice to the effect that he/she sold fake brand bags, clothing, etc. at the Internet site “market” on December 26, 2013, and made a false statement to the effect that “the transfer of the price of the goods to the victim C, who contacted with the notice, would deliver the bags.”
However, even if the defendant receives the payment from the damaged person, he did not have the intention or ability to deliver the said goods.
Nevertheless, the Defendant received transfer of KRW 310,000 from the date of the same day to the credit union account (Account Number: D) under the name of the Defendant and received KRW 17,07,000 in total from 32 victims, such as the statement in the list of crimes in the attached Form from December 3, 2014.
around January 10, 2015, the Defendant sent the victim E a cell phone text message of “280,000 won” to the victim E. on or around January 10, 2015.
“A false statement” was made.
However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to send a bank even if he receives the price of goods from the damaged person.
The defendant received 280,000 won from the damaged person for the purpose of the virtual payment and acquired it by remittance.
around November 2014, the Defendant posted a letter stating that he/she sells clothes, shoess, etc. to 'booms' at the mobile-based fuse fuse fuse, and around December 11, 2014, the Defendant would deliver the 'booms, etc. upon transfer of the price of the goods to the victim F who contacted f with 200.
“The purpose was to make a false statement.”
However, even if the defendant receives the payment from the damaged person, he did not have the intention or ability to deliver the above goods.
Defendant deceptioned the victim as above and acquired 697,000 won through the National Bank Account (H) in G name around 15:25 on the same day from the victim.
