A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and a fine of one hundred thousand won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one day shall be applicable.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act on April 20, 2020: (a) around April 23:46, 2020, on board a taxi (D) operated by C in front of the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and moving to E near the Seodaemun-gu Seoul, but did not pay a taxi fee without justifiable grounds, notwithstanding the fact that he/she had to find a cell phone again, he/she moved about about 4km to the front side of the Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B.

As a result, the Defendant, while getting off a business vehicle, did not get a value without justifiable reasons.

2. On April 20, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 23:50 on April 20, 2020, at the front side of Mapo-gu Seoul, the Defendant: (b) was requested by police officers G of the Seoul Mapo Police Station, a police officer G of the Seoul Mapo Police Station, who was called up for the car with the notification of 112 while refusing the car without paying the taxi fee as described in paragraph (1); and (c) caused the damage to KRW 446,105 of the repair cost by taking the front seat of the back seat of the business taxi owned by the victim C on his hand.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property.

3. The Defendant received 112 report that he would not pay taxi charges at the time and place specified in paragraph 2, and received a request from a policeman belonging to the Seoul Mapo Police Station F District G to get off the said G, while the Defendant had him go beyond the floor by drinking the clothes of the said G once a week.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reported cases and criminal investigation.
