Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:45 on November 17, 2013, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim on the ground that the Defendant did not pay the taxi fee from the Victim C (32 years of age) who is a police officer belonging to the Seoul Songpa-gu Seoul Songpa-gu Police Station after receiving a report on November 17, 2012 that the Defendant did not pay the taxi fee, and the victim’s demand for presentation of identification card is located on the part of the victim’s police officer, taxi engineer, restaurant proprietor, etc., who is requested to provide identification card, etc., stating that “I can see see, I will see, I will die, I will die, and Chewing gue.”
