Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

1. B편의점에서의 범행 피고인은 2020. 1. 15. 00:48경 서울 중랑구 C에 있는 피해자 D이 운영하는 B편의점에서 막걸리를 구매한 다음 편의점에서 술을 마시면서 술에 취해 편의점 직원 E(19세)에게 “너 뭐하는 새끼야 ”, “너네 아버지는 뭐하는 새끼야” 등으로 약 10분간 욕설을 하고, 계속하여 같은 날 01:24경 위 B편의점을 다시 찾아가 쓰레기를 담 놓은 바구니를 위 직원에게 집어 던지려고 하고 손바닥으로 직원을 때리려고 한 다음 편의점 문을 발로 찼다.

Around 02:00 on January 15, 2020, the Defendant committed a crime at F convenience store: (a) was unable to have two customers, who were out of the convenience store, on the part of the Franchise store staff I (the age of 21) under the influence of alcohol at the Franchis store operated by the victim H in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (the age of 21).
