A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 30, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment by the Gwangju District Court on April 30, 2015, and completed the execution of punishment on October 31, 2015.

1. On July 14, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol in the “E convenience store” in the operation of the Victim D (34 tax) located in Gwangju Northern-gu Seoul Northern-gu, around 09:40 on July 14, 2016, brought the victim into the “E convenience store” and changed the victim to KRW 300,00, and then the victim “Isson noise now.”
