A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The seized philophones (No. 4364 of pressure No. 4364 of Incheon District Public Prosecutor's Office) are 2.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, “2016 High 247”, the Defendant, from Cambodia to the Republic of Korea, made a resolution in order to import Mebato the Meba (one philopon; hereinafter the same shall apply) of the Meca to the Republic of Korea. D and E conspired to divide the overall criminal plan and the role of Cambodia to seek philopon from Cambodia, F, G, and H to the philopon, and to divide the role of recruiting philopon from Cambodia to the Republic of Korea, the Defendant transported philopon from Cambodia to the Republic of Korea, and share the role of delivering philopon to the purchaser by using high-speed bus freight.

D and E: (a) around September 23, 2015, at I hotel located in Cambodia F, G, and H, about 100 gramopon purchased from f, G, and H from f, and (b) f, G, and H divided and packed the said gramopon into the Defendant, and the Defendant entered the Incheon International Airport located in the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government Port on September 24, 2015, by inserting the said gramopon into the flacon airport located in Cambodia on September 24, 2015.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with D, E, F, G, and H even if he is not a narcotics handler, imported phiphones from Cambodia to the Republic of Korea.

2. Although the Defendant did not handle philophones, which are a local mental medicine, because he was not a person dealing with narcotics, the Defendant conspiredd with G to sell and sell philophones sealed as described in paragraph (1) above, and sold them to J as follows.

A. On September 25, 2015, J: (a) around 14:00 on September 25, 2015, intended to purchase phiphones from G; (b) transferred KRW 300,000 to the foreign exchange bank account (M) in the name of L designated by G; and (c) ordered the Defendant to send 0.4g of phiphones to the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant around 14:25 on September 26, 2015 at the Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho City Terminal.
