A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for nine years.

13,100,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The above additional charges are imposed on the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant planned to seek phiphones from Cambodia’s overall crime plan and to participate in the management of phiphones, F, and G’s management of phiphones, and to share the role of selling phiphones imported into Korea through transportation of phiphones with H (SNS app in China).

A. In the city of Cambodia around October 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) according to the foregoing conspiracy, divided into 80 pieces of small plasticphones on the part of the part of I, which is a book for the transport of H, in accordance with the foregoing arrangement, and divided into approximately 132.41g of plasticphones packed in vinyl, and (b) the Defendant cut the 132.41g of plasticphones sealed in vinyl; (c) around 23:45 of the same day.
