A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

21,644,910 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

1. 2016, 372;

A. The Defendant, who imported Meart cancers (one philophone; hereinafter referred to as “philophones”), will be placed in Cambodia while staying in Cambodia, and the Defendant, who received the introduction from D while selling philophones via the Internet, from Cambodia and the Defendant, to E, who was aware of in the course of selling philophones through the Internet, will be placed in the country of Cambodia to the Republic of Korea.

The proposal, “,” thereby, conspired with the above C and E to import philophones into smuggling.

1) On September 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around September 11, 2015, the Defendant, at G hotel located in Cambodia Bolidi F, took about about 90 grams of philophones contained in the white part of a vinyl to C; and (b) around the same day, C, at a passenger car moving from Cambodia to the International Airport of Cambodia, he/she carried the philophones he/she was able to wear as above, in the car moving from Cambodia to the International Airport of Cambodia.

At around 23:30 on the same day (on-site view) and on September 11, 2015, the Republic of Korea arrived at the Incheon International Public Port in Jung-gu Incheon International Public Port on September 11, 2015.

As a result, the Defendant imported approximately 90 grams, which is a local mental medicine, in collusion with C, even though he is not a handler of narcotics.

2) On October 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around October 22, 2015, G hotel 909 located in Cambodia Liber F around October 22, 2015; (b) opened up approximately 202.6g of philophone in a white paper in Liber; and (c) around October 23, 2015, C, in a restaurant for “I” near the said hotel, he/she was wearing a philophone.

At around 23:30 on the same day (on-site view) and on around 23:30 on the same day, he/she was boarding J at the International Port of Cambodia Fegu International Civil Aviation, and arrived at the Incheon International Public Port in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, on October 24, 2015.

As a result, the Defendant imported approximately 202.66g philophones, a local mental medicine, in collusion with C, even though he is not a handler of narcotics.
