A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
C Co., Ltd. entered into a check contract with the Japanese Central Branch of the Bank on February 26, 2001 and entered into a check contract with the Japanese Branch of the Bank, and the Defendant was a person who acquired and operated the said Co., Ltd. on October 1, 2013 and has been operating until now.
around December 29, 2015, the Defendant issued one copy of the check number, “F”, “8,000,000 won”, “date of issuance,” and “C” of the issuer’s “C”, at the Eart office of the Defendant’s operation in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu. In addition, the Defendant issued one copy of the check number.
Around February 22, 2016, when the check was presented to the above bank on the date of presentment for payment, the check was presented, but the Defendant did not pay it as a shortage of deposit, and the Defendant issued a sum of KRW 36,50,000 for five times in total, as stated in the list of offenses Nos. 1, 2, 5, 6, and 10.

1. On January 27, 2016, the Defendant issued one check number “G,” the check amount “30,000,000 won,” the date of issuance, and one copy of the check number per issuer’s “C,” the issuer’s “C,” at the E-art office located in Yongsan-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu D underground floor 74.
Around May 2, 2016, the holder of the check at issue presented the above check to the above bank on or around May 2, 2016, but the Defendant did not pay the check due to the shortage of deposit.
2. On January 31, 2016, the Defendant issued one check number “H,” the check amount “5,00,000,000,” the date of issuance, and one copy of the check number “H” as “C” of the issuer.
On April 22, 2016, the check holder presented the check payment to the above bank on April 22, 2016, which was within the time limit for presentment for payment, but the Defendant did not pay the check in shortage.
