Punishment of the crime

From November 28, 2003, the Defendant entered into a check contract with the Chuncheon branch of Chuncheon Bank and the Defendant in the name of the Defendant from November 28, 2003.

On April 10, 2015, the said check was presented by the holder of the said check on April 10, 2015 when the check was presented for payment, but the check was not paid due to the shortage of deposit.
