A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Each mariju or spha (Evidence Nos. 1 to 3), seized.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 4, 2020, the Defendant: (a) paid C KRW 1,00,000 to C at the residence of the member-gu, Ansan-si; (b) purchased and sold psychotropic drug JWH-018 similar objects (one name Switzerland; hereinafter “Sphs”); and (c) sold sphs over 130gs from that time until February 8, 2020, as indicated in the attached List of Crimes (1).

2. Around February 4, 2020, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence located in Ansan-si, Sinsan-si, sealed a part of tobacco smoke, 0.17g of spam in which spams and smoked by spaming as if he were to smoke by attaching a spam, and used spams for six times from that time until February 9, 2020, as indicated in the list of crimes (2) in the attached Table.
