A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 8, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months and three years of suspended execution on the 16th of the same month under the Sungwon District Court's Sungnam branch for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.
1. On February 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) found a point of view in the operation of the Victim F (F) located in Sungnam-si G in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si on February 2, 2015; (b) caused the Defendant to avoid disturbance, such as gathering the victim’s language and North Korean language products displayed for sale by hand, without any special reason.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's above-point business by force.
3.
