Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant conspiredd to make a disguised marriage with Defendant F, Vietnam, a Vietnam woman, through E, a Korean male recruitment book C, D, and Vietnam, with the arrangement of a disguised marriage hub B.

A. On November 11, 2011, the Defendant drafted a marriage report as if he had not had an intention to marry with F, a Vietnam female, in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu civil petition office, Seo-gu, Seoul.

The defendant submitted the marriage relation documents, such as a notarized statement prepared in advance along with the marriage report, to the public official in charge of the family register who is aware of such facts, and input the public official in charge into the family register of the defendant and F to the effect that he was married.

B. Around that time, the Defendant used the aforementioned computerized records for storing the family register computerized records containing false facts.
