Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant agreed to receive KRW 3 million from Vietnam's fake travel and payment in return for the introduction of the name and infinites who are the head of Osan-si, and conspired to illegally enter Vietnam women who wish to enter Korea for the purpose of punishing money.

At around 11:00 on March 15, 2010, the Defendant entered and stored false information on the computer network of the family registry, a public electronic record, in a case where the Defendant was married as if he had married with Vietnam, Vietnam, and E, who wished to enter the Republic of Korea for the purpose of punishing money.

B. The Defendant had a public official in charge of the family register enter the false marriage report prepared as above in the computer network of the family register and exercised it at the time and place mentioned in the preceding paragraph.

Summary of Evidence

1. Articles 70 and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the detention of a workhouse;

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act of the provisional payment order;
