Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A entered the Republic of Korea through a disguised marriage with Vietnamese women, while promising to receive KRW 2.5 million in return for his/her fake travel to be paid in return for the payment of money. A conspired to illegally enter Vietnams who want to enter Korea for the purpose of punishing money.

1. On March 14:00 on March 18, 2010, the Defendant prepared a marriage report as if he/she had been married with Vietnam, D, and the public official in charge of the family register, who is aware of the fact that he/she had been married, at the liquidation site office located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, for the purpose of punishing money, and submitted the marriage report to the public official in charge of the family register, and entered and stored false information on the computer network located in the public electronic record book.

2. The Defendant had a public official in charge of the family register who is aware of the circumstances at the time and place stated in Paragraph 1, store a false marriage report prepared as above in the computer network of the family register and exercised it.
