Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:30 on January 16, 2020, the Defendant driven Bbenz automobiles within approximately 8 kilometers in the section of about 8 kilometers from the front of the public parking lot of the 1st Mo-dong 1, 1951, in the same city, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.01%.
