Criminal facts

On January 17, 2011, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million from the Changwon District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a summary order of KRW 2 million from the Changwon District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act on February 14, 2011.

On September 9, 2015, at around 00:05, the Defendant driven a D-burged vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 300 meters from a section of approximately 300 meters, from the front of the apartment house to the front road of the Kimhae-si, a remote city in Jin-si, Jin-si, Kimhae-si, to the end of the “Cim Gim Gimbed” road in Kimhae-si B.
